OUR FACULTY
The Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sriwijaya, was founded on October 1, 1960. Initially, there were two departments: the Department of Civil Engineering and the Department of Mining Engineering. Then, in 1964 the Department of Chemical Engineering was established. At the request of the people in South Sumatra, in 1977, the Faculty of Engineering, Universitas Sriwijaya, opened two new departments: the Department of Mechanical Engineering and the Department of Electrical Engineering. And until now, the Faculty of Engineering Universitas Sriwijaya has five departments.
